Using the surface of the pubic symphysis, a part of the pelvis bone, as a means of determining age and sex of the deceased (the method used by bioarchaeologists),
Mydlak offers a visual representation of the statistical data collected from a sample group of 100 women who died at different ages, with a predominance of women who died under 40.
It is a portrayal of the anonymity of death and its reduction to statistical charts.

The project's use of the pubic symphysis as a source of information also highlights the importance of the human remains in archaeological research
and the ways in which the material remains of the past can offer insights into the lives and experiences of individuals.
